Description:

The lovely and funny cat-hat with the covered ears (earflap) for a girl. A peculiarity of this model is that there’s no need to change (either increase or decrease) the number of stitches in order to form "cat’s ears". You get perky sticking up "cat’s ears" due to different density of the used patterns. Such a stylish and special hat will surely become one of the favorite headwear's of a little fashionable girl.

Kris: I am knitting this hat and am confused about the cast on after knitting the ear flaps, I'm not sure how to go about doing this, is there a tutorial I could view?

Olivia Craftox: Hello, Kris. I am very sorry that I did not reply to your comment for so long. I knitted an example of connecting earflaps with a hat and added a few photos, I hope they will help you. Also fixed a mistake in the written pattern. This model is great for spring, you might want to knit it. Thanks a lot for your comment.
